About Me

Happiness lies in the joy of achievement and the thrill of creative effort. This has been the mantra for eleven-year-old Vaimitra Chandrasehar who hails from the city of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Her creativity and imagination blossomed from the age of four, when she made her first story book. Ensuring the spelling of the words she wrote with her grandma, Vaimitra wrote her first story in a few sheets of four-line paper, attached to a cardboard and made it look like a book- Story of a Cat and a Dog. She made friends with books from the age of two and a half when she used to listen to stories.
